FLIGHT HISTORIC TRIANGLE VIRGINIA- Honor Flight Historic
Triangle Virginia (HFHTVA) is a Williamsburg-based
non-profit organization established in October 2008
with one goal: To take every World War II and
terminally ill veteran in the Hampton Roads and
Richmond areas that is able and has not visited the
World War II Memorial built in their honor on a charter
bus day trip to Washington,
DC. In
addition to the WWII Memorial, other scheduled stops
include ArlingtonNationalCemeteryand
the Marine Corps War
(Iwo Jima) Memorial,

AIR COMPASSION FOR
VETERANS®-Air Compassion for
Veterans serves to ensure that no financially-stressed
wounded warrior, veteran, or adversely-affected family
member is denied access to: Distant, specialized
medical evaluation; diagnosis;treatment; counseling;
rehabilitation; healing and restorative programs;
programs assisting with reintegration into a productive
life. ACV also provides medical air transportation
for older veterans–those serving prior to the OIF/OEF
conflict. The majority of ACV missions
are through commercial airline tickets. We also provide
air ambulance service for qualified non-ambulatory

VETSHOUSE,
INC. - Vetshouse,
Inc.is a
unique nonprofit organization serving homeless veterans
in Hampton Roads. It is not a shelter, but a 12 month
program providing contemporary living quarters in a
group environment, assistance in job hunting,
transportation, personal skills and development
guidance. A
non-profit
501(c)(3) organization, Vetshouse provides housing,
food, clothing, counseling and other assistance to
homeless veterans of the U.S. Armed Forces in order to
facilitate their return to gainful, independent,
